And two more essays
“Describe Chia Ming.”
Chia Ming is a carbon-based life form that resides on the planet Earth. Throughout the history of the species, the Chia Ming has evolved from a primitive primate to a sophisticated being. One would have to look to evolution for the most probable explanation for the origins of Chia Ming’s characteristic laughter. Chia Ming has always been hunted by her predator, the “Ewetos*”. However, over the years, Chia Ming has developed a method of escape by speedily rowing away on water, a camouflage mechanism to blend with the dense undergrowth, as well as a defence mechanism comprising a sudden outburst of laughter that either scares the wits out of the predator or paralyses it. Laughter is contagious, so they say.
The less adaptable Ewetos has been forced to turn to alternative sources of food as it has not developed the cure or resistance for uncontrollable laughter, which has resulted in the rapid multiplication of Chia Mings. This reduced predation has brought more happiness to Chia Ming, who is usually seen smiling.
* Fictitious character; any resemblance to real person(s), living or dead, is unintended and purely coincidental.
“Describe Irvin.”
Irvin is a conscientious student who consistently puts in a tremendous amount of effort and takes pride in his work. His tutorials are neatly filled in and are often completed way in advance. Although he does not represent the school in national competitions such as the Olympiads, he shows that he can be as good as any of them through hard work and diligence.
One obstacle Irvin struggles with is a lack of confidence especially when speaking aloud to a group of people. Nevertheless, he is improving slowly but surely by participating in class discussions, presentations, and Project Work.
Also, Irvin is unceasingly (sometimes insultingly) and excessively modest, and would unfailingly decline and deny even well-deserved praises directed at him. However, such absolute absence of pride is highly suspicious, and one wonders if the slight smile he gives when attempting to be humble may actually hide something more devious.
Other than the above, Irvin generally fits the bill of the typical student from Hwa Chong. (See Appendix 1).
Appendix 1
General Description of a Typical Student from Hwa Chong:
· Hails from the High School Section (for males)
· Avid supporter of Xiao Mi Mi Economic Rice
· Keeps a standard hairstyle
· Studies hard
· Achieves stellar grades
· Holds a leadership position
· Complains of stress
And a (hypothetical) kookie for you to (hypothetically) eat if you figure out where (the hypothetical) ewetos came from.

"Describe Niklas" [10]
Tay Kiat Aun, Aaron
06S7D
“Describe Niklas”. [10]
Niklas is a heterogametic organism belonging to the species homo sapiens in the genus Homo, family hominidae, order primate, class mammalia, phylum chordata and kingdom animalia. He is the offspring of Mr. Wong and Ms. Sommer, making him half-chinese and half-german.
Being a member of the Gifted Education Programme, Integrated Programme and Science Talent Programme, Niklas is intellectually inclined and does consistently well in his exams as long as he studies. Despite this, Niklas is not arrogant; he is in fact very humble. For example, when conferred the title as the “best looking guy in school” in a recent unofficial survey, he smiles and dismisses it, saying that there are other better looking people around.
Niklas is also very determined and committed. Niklas attends intensive canoeing training every week without fail so as to maintain his dominance in canoeing competitions. Niklas is indeed a true champion for his sport – he maintains a strong anti-drug stance even though his rivals are known to use performance enhancing drugs in a forceful show of integrity.
In addition, Niklas is diligent and does all his tutorials punctually. He consistently brings his tutorials and notes to lessons as he is well aware of the dire consequences of failing to do so. One bad habit of his, however, is that he is untidy and does not file his documents regularly. Nevertheless, this may translate to an unexpected benefit as this compensates for his mediocre memory. As he conceded, the reason why he brought his notes on homeostasis for biology tutorial one day was because he did not file it away, unlike a few other more organised students.
(Later handwrote: Niklas is also very kind and helpful - he helped me print my (this) essay.)

JTS
- Don't like the venue
- Don't like the restaurant (since, after all, we went there last year)
- Don't like the timing (although chances are this will remain fixed unless 21/22 cannot make it :D)

Poor alvin
[-cheryl-] idiot - if only it were tat simple
Aww... Rejected...
Monday, 12 March 2007
Huang Cheng Ye Yun 2007
I played the first game with Alvin. Then with Aaron, and then I paired with Niklas and we were down to hitting the black ball in after Alvin+Aaron fouled. Strength heroes are suppose[d] to be pro at end game, but it seemed to backfire as the white ball
During the game, we tried to distract each other by calling out certain names. It was Jane for Alvin, which was almost 100% effective. Jaime for Niklas and Shirli for Aaron were merely attributed to placebo effect. And since I am the author, I have the right to self-censor :D [(re)edit: *coughcoughcough*]
Voon was top scorer with 6 games, I had 5, Aaron had 3 and Niklas 2. But I still win the Golden Ball (Boot) award for scoring 6 balls in the last game :D
When we finished with pool, it was 4.15pm already. After that, we proceeded to race down the crowded Citylink Mall to get to Suntec City to be in time for 300. When we came out of Citylink Mall, we were greeted with an immobile throng of people, extending from the exit all the way up the overhead bridge and to Suntec entrance, probably due to the IT fair. By that time, it was too late for the movie. We met Wai Lumn and Andrew and decided to go bowl at Marina
Wai Lumn was niaoing Niklas about how he could never hit above 60. Then she left for her family outing, probably certain that her prediction was true. Lol, Wai Lumn, you are so wrong.
Yong Zi | Niklas | Andrew | Aaron | Alvin |
138 | 111 | 74 | 89 | 149 |
155 | 79 | 66 | 61 | 135 |
Niklas once again proves that brute force can do painful things to the poor pins. Aaron's technique was sound but he lacked oil in 2 areas. 1) On the lane, which was really dry. Ball wouldn't hook at all although it was going to the right pocket 2) In his body, like fats :P
Alvin Voon won the first leg of the competition, but I won the second game by 20 pinfalls to edge him out by 9 pinfalls overall :P Left hand rulez. Spin rulez.
After that, we met up with Chern Wei + His Friend and Katrina and decided to go for Thai Express for dinner. Katrina and Chern Wei + Friend went off for greener pastures, so it's down to us 5 guys again -__- Jaime joined us halfway though.
After dinner, we had 10 minutes to get to Victoria theatre, so we ran all the way there. We got seats all the way up, and it was very nice to know that the seats 2 rows down cost $2 more :D
The first play of Huang Cheng was centred around a bus stop and talked about the relationship of 3 couples. The story was heart warming and thought-provoking.
The second play was on 3 different people that were contemplating suicide. Who all died in the end. Okay, but not flexed out to its fullest. The potential depth of the play was not fully exploited.
The final play was named "glass shoes". There were two main characters in the play, Cinderella's prince charming (who is the rich, casanova) and Sewing Maiden's Cowherd Boy (the poor but devoted lover). Both of them were given 3 months to win the heart of a lady through their own means to win a game show. Very funny and entertaining.
Overall, it was a very nice show. The acting was good and the props were professional too.

Of Science Practical Assessment Skills/Teacher in Charge
As always; Disclaimer: The author rejects and returns all attempts to sue, hate, or generally harm his person via collect calls. By reading on you agree and accept that you completely and utterly believe the total plausibility of such phenomenon. All situations are entirely hypothetical, any resemblance to real life events are mere figments of your imagination. Any further contemplation will likely cause spontaneous combustion of your brain. It is strongly advised to shut down any cognitive functions before continuing to protect your neurons from corruption.
How to do SPA Skill A.
SPA skill A is meant to assess a student's capability of adapting to new situations and devising ingenious plans to solve real life problems.
A highly likely scenario is that a researcher forgets to label his 5 bottles and conveniently mixes up 5 organic compounds. Happens all the time. Of course, it's just one of many other equally possible scenarios. This is when SPA SKILL A comes in handy, for fret not, he can solve this problem using what he learnt!
Firstly, one must not use the NMR machine. No doubt it will work. But. It just isn't done. There might be electricity wasted.
Then, one must write out on a paper what one plans to do, in case one forgets.
It is essential to write out exactly what one is planning. Like so, Aim: To identify 5 unknown organic compounds. This is important, in case one forgets what one was doing.
Then, draw out all the unknown compounds. Along with their scientific name. And functional groups. With a neat table. Drawings must be in pencil. Failure to do all this might result in inability to identify the compounds.
Next, a flowchart is necessary to visualise the process of identification. All steps must be written out, even though they're fairly standard. Abbreviations cannot be used, 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine must be spelled out completely, lest it confuses you on what exactly is being added. Conditions need to be written too, because it's highly possible for someone to accidentally carry out the test at 200 atm instead of room pressure, especially since they're standard tests. Also, one should not eliminate choices. After identifying 4 out of 5 compounds, it's essential to have a positive test for the last compound. This is due to murphy's law, which tells us that somehow a 6th unknown chemical might have ended up among the other 5.
Subsequently, it is important to write out exactly what is happening in each step. After all, it's not enough that one knows that a test is going to work. One must know WHY it works. The lack of this knowledge might result in failure to identify the compounds. Not only must one know the general reaction, one must know what the reaction is called, why it will react, and what the product looks like.
Now, write out exactly what to do. And what one will see. AND problems with your experiment. If you don't have any problems, it's a bad experiment. After all, scientific breakthroughs are made through errors. So be sure to include horrible mess ups in your procedure, which you must then talk about.
Finally, write some gentle reminders to yourself about how dangerous the compounds are, and that one should not spill it onto oneself, pour it down the sink, or other things which are standard lab procedures. One might forget, afterall.

Ew, i think my crapping skills have deteoriated. Shall not write about skill D =x

27.3% Class Outing
After the guitarists had lunch at Hougang Mall's food court, we went on to my house, and proceeded to obsess over the keyboard, because there were no dogs or little kids available (Piano pieces sound very nice with the 'Synthetic Voice').
And then, there was mahjong (thanks, Nik!). After observing for just 2 rounds, I, someone with absolutely no previous mahjong experience, lured Alvin away with a guitar so that he could have his duet with Jane, took over, and proceeded to win 3 or 4 games eventually! Unfortunately, Alvin managed to reinsert himself into the game, and dominated much of it with his imba 自摸 skills. The excitement of mahjong managed to keep people staying for dinner at 6:30, after which Adrian had to rush back to the hostel with Aaron accompanying him on the same bus trip home.
During the intermission, Alvin and Jane went back to playing the keyboard (sense any recurring themes?), before the lure of bridge became too strong. Naturally, Jane Wu Ying Ying/珍吴
Quote of the Day
Nik to Alvin: "Don't 自摸 my thing!"

Finalised CNY Outing on Tuesday
Venue: Koo's house, which is in Hougang
Meeting Place/Time: Hougang MRT Station, 1pm
Things to bring: Whatever you think can help entertain you
Activity: Random entertainment with whatever is available, whatever you brought, and whoever is there.
Since most people should have finished their rounds visiting/welcoming relatives by today, a class CNY outing has been proposed to take place tomorrow, Tuesday (20/02/07), in the afternoon (to accommodate the guitarists who have practice in the morning, as well as lazy people who like to sleep late).
Unfortunately, so far only 8 people have expressed any form of interest in this activity. So kindly declare your intentions towards this outing, via replies to this post, SMS, or any credible form of communication, preferably by today, Monday (19/02/07). (Will be in Malaysia for the rest of today, so kindly pardon the lack of replies)
Suggestions of what to do thus far stands at a grand total of TWO, so please feel free to continue with your generous contributions.
Watch Norbit(VETOED) and thencrash Rudy Lee's house (approval yet to be sought)Rudy Lee rents a room in an apartment and cannot invite us.- Bring some games (e.g. taboo, mahjong) and visit somebody's house. (I know of one that is within walking distance of a shopping mall, MRT station, bus interchange, swimming complex, polyclinic and playground with swings in addition to containing 1 TV (since the other one died), a few bikes, 4 functional comps + 2 laptops, and is available for use.)

breathe life into the blog!
And playing bridge with mahjong tiles! The tiles were labelled with poker card symbols and numbers (i.e. AKQJ10-2, CDHS) and shuffling was slacky!! Whoo!
Plus plus...talk about good and bad karma/ luck =D
-----Seriously important updates to keep the blog alive!-----
Update about class blog: I was curious about the new blogger and everything and shifted the class blog to a new updated google account. But unfortunately I used my gmail as the login email. So unless I give my password to everyone it is impossible to post entries on the class blog via the 06s7d account. So apologies everyone...I will try to figure out how to move it to another google account (the hc06s7d@gmail.com one). Meanwhile, everyone just use your own account to post can? (:
And one thing...apparently theres some stupid problem with 'team blogs' in the new version. And that is every member has to switch to the new version (i.e. have a google account) before (s)he can post =S

Wall of flowers, each flower so different from the rest just like how we are all unique individuals but when we come together as 06S7D, we form a diverse and amazing class.

Presenting: The people who painted the mural. (Not in picture as they left early: Alvin and Yong Zi - erm not sure if i missed out any1 else..)

Close up. On the top right hand corner of the wall you can see some white characters, those are actually "06S7D" with each letter painted by each of the 5 of us remaining at the end!

Bored? Another joke.
Cows and YOUR Gov't.
FEUDALISM: You have two cows. Your lord takes some of the milk.
PURE SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. You have to take care of all the cows. The government gives you as much milk as you needed.
BUREAUCRATIC SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The goverment takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. They are cared for by ex-chicken farmers. You have to take care of the chickens the government took from the chicken farmers. The government gives you as much milk and as many eggs as the regulations say you should need.
FASCISM: You have two cows. The government takes both, hires you to take care of them, and sells you the milk.
PURE COMMUNISM: You have two cows. Your neighbours help you take care of them, and you all share the milk.
RUSSIAN COMMUNISM: You have two cows. You have to take care of them, but the government takes all the milk.
DICTATORSHIP: You have two cows. The government takes both and shoots you.
SINGAPOREAN DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. The government fines you for keeping two unlicensed farm animals in an apartment.
MILITATIANISM: You have two cows. The government takes both and drafts you.
PURE DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. Your neighbours decide who gets the milk.
REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. Your neighbours pick someone to tell you who gets the milk.
AMERICAN DEMOCRACY: The government promises to give you two cows if you vote for it. After the election, the president is impeached for: A) speculating in cow futures and the press dubs the affair "Cowgate", B) Sleeping with one of the cows, then denying it, then admiting it after a leather blazer with milk stains are presented as evidence, and then the president is charged with treason, C) you plan to impeach the president for lack of intelligence and for talking like a goat.
BRITISH DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. You feed them sheep's brains and they go mad. The government doesn't do anything about it.
FRENCH DEMOCRACY:You have two cows. You go on strike because you want three cows. You go to lunch and have a bottle of wine. Life is good.
AMERICAN REPUBLICAN: You have two cows. Your neighbour has none. So?
CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY of JAPAN: You have two cows. You redesign them so they are one-tenth the size of an ordinary cow and produce twenty times the milk. They learn to travel on unbelievably crowded trains. Most are at the top of their class at cow school. Forty years later you get milk.
BUREAUCRACY: You have two cows. At first the government regulates what you feed them and when you can milk them. Then it pays you not to milk them. After that, it takes both, shoots one, milks the other, and pours the milk down the drain. Then it requires you to fill out forms accounting for the missing cow.
ANARCHY: You have two cows. Either you sell the milk at a fair price or your neighbours try to kill you and take the cows.
CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull.
HONG KONG CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the bank, then execute a debt/equity swap with associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax deduction for keeping five cows. The milk rights of six cows are transferred via a Panamanian Intermediary to a Cayman Islands company secretly owned by the majority shareholder, who sells the rights to all seven cows' milk back to the listed company. The annual report says that the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more. Meanwhile, you kill two cows because the Feng Shui is bad.
ENVIRONMENTALISM: You have two cows. The government forbids you to milk or kill them.
TOTALITARIANISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and denies they ever existed. Milk is banned.
SURREALISM: You have two giraffes. The government requires you to take harmonica lessons.
LIBERTARIANISM: You have two cows. One has actually read the Constitution, believes in it, and has some really good ideas about government. The cow runs for office, and while most people agree that the cow is the best candidate, nobody except the other cow votes for her because they think it would be "throwing their vote away."
IN FLORIDA: You have a black cow and a brown cow. Everyone votes for the best looking one. Your brother gets to count the votes. Some of the people who like the brown one best, vote for the black one. Some people vote for both. Some people vote for neither. Some people can't figure out how to vote at all. Finally, a bunch of cow experts from out-of-state tell you which is the best-looking one.
IN CALIFORNIA: You have thirty four million bovine. It's like a melting pot for cows and bulls of all walks of life. Different flavours, different colours. They all make real California cheese. Half the cows marry other cows and the other half of the bulls marry other bulls. Only five speak fluent English. Most are illegal. The head cow, an Austrian breed, is conervative but likes the ones with the big udders the most.
IN IRAQ: You have two cows. They go into hiding. They send audio tapes of their mooing.
WITH THE TALIBAN: You have all the cows in Afghanistan, which are two. You don't milk them because you cannot touch any creature's private parts. You get a $40 million grant from the US government to find alternatives to milk production but use the money to buy weapons.
FEDERAL REPUBLIC of INDIA: You have two cows. You worship both of them as deities, and offer them milk. Rats take over the temple and you worship them as well as offer them milk. You are not allowed to milk or kill the cows, for it would mean your own death. You live in poverty, yet enlightened.
Cheers =p

Class Chalet!
But but but: I LEARNT HOW TO RIDE A BIKE! OMG! XD thanks to : nik (who had a hand in teaching me), andrew (for teaching me and coming up with that leaning against the pole idea), yongzi (for leading me and i'm sorry for crashing into you! =/), mrlee (for screaming "CAR CAR" when we were on the main roads, bensing (for biking faster and faster), jane (for forcing me to learn!) and everyone else (like wailumn) who were so nice everytime i fell down and took ages to start again!

Class shot! Happy people! And ASRLCT looks uh cramped up. Kaiherng's fingers are chopped of somewhere. And come to think of it, it looks a lot like a family shot (with mrlee and cheryl?! or maybe cheryl and cm as the parents/grandparents) ^^

Girl's shot with ASRLCT! Freaky light thing.

Guys shot!

First biking photo!

(sorry had had had to post this) MY FIRST BIKE RIDING EXPERIENCE WHICH I MOVED! XD so i wasn't in front, but the bike still moved XP

2nd photo taking stop!

Nik. After a few hours of biking and with cooler hair but you can't really see it here. sad.

third stop. chicken backside. =x

Freaky reflection? (no photoshop here)

Cute cat!

since i was sleeping while this was taken i assume these were the people awake/not bathing at 7+?

People who rode 10 hours to esplanade and back!
I think more people should bring cameras during class outings! And someone ask miaojing to post the pictures she took too! XD THese are only a few of the 30 pictures taken... Sorry for the darkness. My flash is like weird.
Class chalet rocks! XD
I agree! Let's go kbox! I'm sure yongzi will support it XD.

Mural Painting CIP
ok. so i slept from 5am to 1030am (dunno why i woke since the alarm is set at 12pm) and ate large breakfast n went to jamiyah's. could not find the 6 ppl (ben, alvin, kaiherng (ahah tempted to type sth else), kat, yongzi, and miaojing) who blended into wall or sth. white walls white aprons. took me awhile to find out what was going on (now im wondering why im bloggin about this since there's nth much that went on?) basically painted the whole day with limbs that were already aching alot. was in a huge mess before long and wondering if the apron really helps or what. >.< maybe the main purpose is to let the whole world know our (or at least mine) name which is written big and bold. oh well. at least i wrote. the rest didn't. guai1 me. the person ask me write then i went to write. bahh..
so painted till 8pm. by that time it was so dark (by my standards.. the rest could still see perfectly well) that i couldn't tell brown from black and argued about it till i gave in cuz i think my eyes got problem anyway. we finished the whole wall (YAY! IT'S A GREAT SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT! WHEEE! high5!) and left for dinner. oopz. wait backtrack. when we were (finally) done, we painted '06s7d' and '11.11.06' on the wall in white. took pic but it din really show up. but the yellow (YELLOW!) sunflower was really nice! ^^ woot! so nice! haha. -jumps around- so if anyone visits jamiyah (from anytime soon to 10 years later (by which they'd have repainted it? noooo.. *heartache*)) you all go look for the corner with YELLOW sunflower and admire the pretty writing (each of the 5 of us left at the end of the day took turns to write 06s7d!. kh wrote 0, kat wrote 6, ben wrote s, i wrote 7 (whee!), and mj wrote d!) and take pic with it and hopefully it shows up (instead of sth else.. hmm).
dinner was.. haha. ate things that tasted like toothpaste, nicely whipped potato prepared by some pro person (^^), and multiple other 'sick'/'exotic' things. has zhongjimima but it's like we're all wanting to eat the weird thing whipped up cuz it's really nice and not horrible tasting. even though it tasted bleah-ish. basically normal things mixed with other normal things to yield weird things (e.g. coleslaw + chilli). actually there's some amusing quotes from kh, but decided not to say it here. wahaha. *imagines kat laughin her head off* lol.
recipe for 'toothpaste'
1. root beer
2. pepsi
3. chilli
4. whipped potato
5. fatter (lol! ask ben)
6. chicken crispy crumbs
7. cheese
8. coleslaw juice (eew)
9. er.. mayb no more liao. anything else?
yep. hope we all won't get stomachache tmr! haha. i doubt it since we ate all of those individually and mixing them is also part of stomach's routine anw.
that's all for now! someone go blog about chalet!
~06s7d!!! <3
p.s. so who going next week? ^^

Today
hahah today's OP went well for everyone i hope :) at least for the morning batch, we were all fine and dandy and giggling and sniggering at each other. yay 7D
after which, we went to watch the prestige @ cathay orchard. well, I, CM, andrew, adrian and nik did anyway. soon huat, shir li, kai herng and alvin watched the covenant (which is now damned as fireball/boyband movie). the prestige was really really fab :) then we slacked around in yoshinoya for a really long time discussing the minute details of the movie. then, we started walking around aimlessly for a damn long time and looking for the "open-air temple" as advertised by a singapore biennale sign outside the cathay cineleisure junction. we didnt find it, but it did set us walking all the way past somerset, past dhoby ghaut and seemingly heading towards SMU (where shir li was enthusiastically shooing us towards in her eager endeavours to get her hands on...CAKE)
BUT
however, we daoed SMU, and got distracted by the Singapore History Museum, which, surprise surprise, was one of the sites for the biennale. Being the curious souls we were, we ventured forth, and lo and behold...we found...incomprehensible art. Not to say we didn't have fun though, because we had truckloads of it, coupled with intrigue and the sort of morbid curiosity that comes with being in a giggly group. the exhibits in SHM mostly revolved around the theme of death, its fantastical nature, the disillusions and the perversity of the human spirit in orchestrating the end.
There was a really morbid but nonetheless compelling video entitled "The last supper". No it was not religious, but more of the last meal death row prisoners are treated to. It may seem inane here, but it was a fascinating tool for illustrating revelations regarding human cruelty, crime & punishment and even normalcy in the face of impending doom. Then there were these particularly sick and suggestive scenes where some king in Burma survived an assassination attempt, put the guilty fellow and the rest of his family to death, but spared one daughter. Spared one daughter, chucked her in a tower and everyday, an executioner would peel off her flesh slowly and force her to eat it. eeeeeeeeee.
Fuelled by our artistic fumblings at SMH, we felt encouraged to head on to the next site of interest, city hall :) so we happily walked there, and here are a couple of pics. (taken with a k700i so thus the inferior quality)
in front of city hall steps...v nice right? :)
at an exhibit mocking the g8 summit...look at alll the smiling faces...
shir li was a bit too scared to be in this photo lol...she was afraid of the pple behind.
well, if you have a chance, do go for the biennale before it ends :) arty farty singapore forever! viva la biennale!

Class Chalet
Another way there is to take bus 2 all the way to Changi Village. You can take it from Tanah Merah Interchange. When you get off, please do not stupidly walk towards the beach and assume the chalet is there as I have once done before. It is not. Walk towards the Le Meridien (it's a hotel) and generally walk uphill. After a nice long walk, the chalet should be around there ba. Hee. Hey girls, maybe after handing in I and R on Thurs at abt 9pm, let's go buy stuff? Then can go my house and marinate or something then go Changi after that.
Someone PLEASE bring mahjong :)

Chalet
Anyway.. details which you should all know..
9th Nov.
check in time: 3pm
checkout: 8:30am to 10:30am (10th Nov)
The girls will be organising all matters related to the BBQ. I hope. Or if they aren't this is the time when they will suddenly realise that they are organising all matters related to the BBQ, which will occur approximately 4 days from the time of posting.
JR will be generously donating his balls for fun and games.
There isn't much of an itinerary, so it's a good time to suggest stuff to do, else it'll end up free for all where everyone brings random games..
I'd suggest we get the following:
Cards
Mahjong
Risk/Monopoly
Try and think of group games
P.S. If you arn't going, please leave a comment, or tell me or something.. Else assume you're going. And dunno if MJ reads the blog, so Adrian, you go ask her out to a chalet ^^
P.P.S http://online.aloha.gov.sg/Facilities/villas_detail.asp?Resrgp_Index=64
P.P.P.S. Uhm, according to what I can figure out.. the easiest way there is to take mrt to Tampines, then take 29 for 22 stops. Yea. If anyone knows otherwise please inform us, k thnx
